"We have been using the Emmy application at the office since March 2021, for the first six months we got used to Emmy and our patients got used to the transition to a new way of communication. I know that the beginnings were not easy for the nurse, it was a transition from a paper diary system to new technology, which she managed thanks to her flexibility and willingness to learn new things. As of September 2021, we have enabled patients to self-book some tests and, after initial apprehensions, we are already welcoming this feature and receiving positive feedback from our patients.

Patients especially appreciate the accessible and easy contact with the doctor's office, for us it is a significant relief from overloaded telephone lines, which are free not only for dealing with acute conditions, but also for patients who do not use modern technology. Email communication with patients is minimal today. I can't imagine going back to dealing with requests in an overcrowded waiting room and overloaded phone lines, thanks to Emma we have a functional order system and a clear organization of office hours.

I also highly appreciate the helpful and willing communication on the support side of the application provider, including clear video instructions. For me as a doctor, Emmy represents a financially affordable system, it saves money for additional staff in the surgery, and I also see savings in the fact that we do not use any check-in system, Emmy has an overview of who is to come and a number of patients coming without booked appointment is insignificant."

 "I used Emmy to organize the vaccination against covid and I must admit that it was a very effective solution. Here in Oslavany, vaccination was also handled by the municipal office. Officials called the elderly and asked if they were interested in vaccination. It involved a lot of phone calls, dictating information and rewriting. The work that Emmy did for me in 2 to 3 hours took them 4 days. Then I chatted with the nurse from another surgery. She said that she had already called thirty people that day about vaccinations and she was exhausted. That's when I fully realized how much work Emmy saved us.”
